We have prepared some specification tables for the commonly available structural steel grades with different classes in GB standards.

The classes for a certain grade refer to the ductility under a controlled temperature. Generally speaking, class A steel shows low ductility. Class B is the most commonly used class in China and it is suitable for the majority of Australia. Class C and D are recommended for areas that can experience sub-zero temperatures.
